Welcome to NexusGears.com’s Terms of Use. These Terms of Use should be read carefully upon visiting NexusGears.com (the “Site”) and using the Site. Please check back periodically, as NexusGears.com reserves the right to modify the terms and provisions set forth herein from time to time.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting the Site or using the Site, you are considered a “User”, and you accept the terms and provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree with all of these terms or provisions, do not visit or use the Site. Visiting and using the Site is expressly conditioned upon the User’s assent to all the terms and provisions set forth herein.

SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship within two business days, once payment is realized. We use reputed courier companies for normal shipment and India Post’s Speed post to access areas that may be off the commercial courier grid. Delivery is by road transport, but we do airfreight urgent orders, on request, at additional charges. Delivery by road takes anywhere between three days to ten days. While we do follow up with the courier, the actual time taken is not within our control. Delivery timelines are generally indicative and not accurate. As such, we request buyers to plan their purchases well in advance of trips. Goods are shipped with tax invoices. Tracking number will be provided whenever possible.

RETURNS

Thank you for choosing NexusGears product. If for any reason you are not happy with the fitment of the product you have purchased, you can return the product, unused and in its original packing, with a proof of purchase, within 10 days of purchase to the Registered address. In case of a return, NexusGears shall have sole discretion to decide on the same. Please do get in touch with us on our given number before sending your product over. Also, we encourage to use a courier service that provides a tracking number and door delivery. Once your product is with us and we’re convinced the product has not been used the refund process will be initiated.

If due to unavoidable circumstances the order is not shipped the order shall be canceled and refunded. We shall credit the amount paid on original purchase to the same account used while making the purchase.
